Continuing EducationProvisions of continuing education credits are available for a separate fee of $30 for Nursing, Administrators, Social Workers and Activity Professionals.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received by July 15, 2012 to be eligible for a refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Attendee registration substitutions may be made anytime without penalty. Requests must be submitted to Registrar@ptfassociates.com or faxed to (304) 724-3007.
